Knollwood Dentistry

I have never worked with such incompetence in my life! I am not speaking of the dental care or the politeness of the staff-that said, they screw up the billing time and again. They were to combine the cost of a procedure I had in Richfield with the one I had in the SLP clinic. After much going round and round, I was told they couldn't do that. Long story short, the accounting department has screwed everything up. When I first went there they would make me sit through signing form after form, making appointments so much longer than a dental appointment should be. It is not my job to sit with them while they do their billing. I told my insurance rep about this and they said they had never heard of such a thing! After total frustration with Knollwood Dentistry, I finally, switched dental offices and they would not transfer my records-claiming they had, then they thought they had, ignoring multiple requests from my new dentist and myself. Zero stars if that were an option!!! Update-I just spoke with Isabel and she and I came to a financial agreement of which I am satisfied.

I love this clinic! The staff are very professional, transparent, and knowledgeable. The administrator went over my current and ongoing services, payment information and all the additional questions in-between very proficiently! The dentists are experienced and work together collaboratively. Overall 10/10 I would recommend, your teeth will be in very good hands.

First I have to say I'm not the patient. My girlfriend has been coming here for a couple of years and every time it's like this. She was taken into the office shortly after we arrived and the dentist told what needed to be done and told her it would take around 2 hours. She then was left sitting for over a half hour without seeing any staff member. Another half hour later the novocaine was administered. An hour later she texted that she was still waiting as the crown was being made. From the original 2 hour timeframe she was given it's now approaching 3.5 hours. This is ridiculous.

Bit of an issue with my information being entered in incorrectly and I almost had to pay out of pocket but, they got it all sorted out and corrected in the end; if it wasn’t for that this would be a 5star rating. The hygienist is, probably, the best one I’ve ever had. Took his time with each tooth and my teeth are so pearly white and clean! Thanks again; can’t wait to come back!

The dentist was ok, but the dental assistants felt untrained. Always felt rushed. Once they threw together a 2 page care plan, nothing was explained. I had 5 fillings done, and had immense pain for months afterward. Last month while flossing, one popped out. After that, I decided to go elsewhere. My new dentist replaced the filling with no pain afterwards. I do not recommend Knollwood Dentistry.
